About the CWTSH Wellbeing Networks and the wellbeing guides

Being well connected to your community - its people, places and activities - is hugely beneficial for our wellbeing and health.

This site and guides are here to help you find out what's going on.

The CWTSH guides are produced by the Integrated Wellbeing Networks in conjunction with Caerphilly Wellbeing Friends and Dewis with the support of local community connectors and the Caerphilly Cares team to help people find out what's on in their area to support and improve their wellbeing and health.

Currently, we are produce weekly guides for the Rhymney, New Tredegar, Bargoed, Risca, Ystrad Mynach and Nelson areas. We hope to expand this in coming months.

You can also find out about what's available through the Dewis and Infoengine site links at the bottom of the page.

There is also a link to the Melo site which has a wealth of self-help resources and links to support you and your mental wellbeing.
